What's a Workout Session?
Every week we offer hour long classes to tune up and hone your skills in various skillsets (tactical, action, swords, etc). We highly encourage our Tribe Members to take advantage of these workouts to keep their practice fresh!
Who can take a Workout?
If you've taken Level 1 of a Master Class (Beast Mode 1, Action 1, Swords 1, etc) you are eligible to take the associated workout (Beast Mode Workout, Action Workout, Swords Workout, etc)
Because these workouts are designed to hone and build on what is learned in the Master Classes, you must take the Level 1 class first.
