Samurai. Swashbucklers. Jedi. These warriors of myth, legend and history have captured our imaginations for as long as we can remember. This workout, under the watchful eye of our sword master, not only increases your performance skill in basic swordplay, but gives you an edge by giving historical context to the multiple sword styles and the cultures that developed them.
